These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the NIXTOM website (nixtom.com) and any services provided by FMS Exceptional Maintenance Limited T/A NIXTOM, registered in Ireland (CRO: 644629), with registered address at 80 Newtown View, Marsh Road, Drogheda, Co. Louth, A92 NV9F.
NIXTOM provides interior and exterior renovation, fit-out, and maintenance services across Ireland. All works are subject to a separate written quotation and agreement signed by both parties. A minimum project value of €5,000 applies.
All quotations are valid for 10 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Standard payment terms are 50% deposit upon acceptance, 40% at project midpoint, and 10% upon completion. NIXTOM reserves the right to suspend works if payment terms are not met.
NIXTOM carries full public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the contract. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from works carried out. All materials and workmanship are guaranteed for 12 months from project completion.
Any changes to agreed works must be confirmed in writing. Cancellation of a project after deposit payment may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit, depending on works already undertaken or materials ordered.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
